Learnedly’s Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)

Exams are multiple-choice format and permit students to have access to the module textbook during the exam.

Mock exams: Each Module has a Mock exam at the end of the course.

Certification exams: Each Module has a proctored Certification exam. Students receive four attempts to successfully complete each Certification exam. If you are unsuccessful after the fourth attempt, the student will need to re-purchase that specific Module ($100), which will give you four additional attempts. We preferred this wasn’t the case, but there is a charge as we incur exam proctoring fees with each attempt.

CIPR

Students enrolling in Learnedly’s LLQP courses are required to create an account with the Canadian Insurance Participant Registry (CIPR), a database maintained by Canada’s provincial insurance regulators. Students are required to provide Learnedly with their CIPR# during the course registration process. Creating your CIPR profile and number is free.

Code Of Ethics

As a professional financial services education provider, Learnedly requires all students to act with integrity, professionalism, and respect. Inappropriate and unethical behaviour damages the reputation of the student and the financial services industry in general.

To ensure a mutually beneficial relationship, Learnedly requires all students to conduct themselves in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Awareness and adherence to the Learnedly Code of Ethics is essential to a successful learning experience.

Academic Integrity

Learnedly takes academic integrity seriously. And so do industry regulators and employers. We all have a responsibility in maintaining the integrity of the insurance industry and profession.

Academic Dishonesty

Learnedly programs, including content, study notes, exercises, questions, audiobooks, and videobooks, may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or shared in any form or by any means. Prohibited activity and unethical behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Cheating on tests or exams – includes copying another student’s answers or allowing another student to copy answers, helping or receiving help from another student during a test or exam, impersonating or misrepresenting another student

• Photocopying and scanning – Learnedly content, lessons, quizzes, exams, or exercises may not be photocopied, scanned, or duplicated by any means

• Recording – Learnedly audiobooks and videobooks may not be recorded, duplicated, or distributed by any means

• Screenshots and photos – Students must not take screenshots or photos of Learnedly content, lessons, quizzes, exams, exercises, or videobooks

All Learnedly students must acknowledge and agree to the Code of Ethics, and the terms and conditions of Learnedly educational programs. Students who do not adhere to Learnedly’s Code of Ethics may be subject to a mark of zero, course expulsion without refund, employer notification, and / or notification to the appropriate regulatory body.

Course Refunds

Students may request a refund within 10 days of course enrollment. To request a refund, you may send an email to llqp@learnedly.com. Within the initial 10 days of enrollment, students are entitled to a refund for the cost paid for the Learnedly LLQP program, less a $125 cancellation fee. Refunds are not permitted after the initial 10 days following course enrollment. Refunds are not available for printed textbooks.

Privacy

Learnedly respects and values the privacy and confidentiality of all student data. Any personal data collected during course enrollment (name, CIPR, date of birth, email address, business address, phone number, and company affiliation) is kept in strict confidence and used only for the purposes of LLQP course administration.

Course extensions are generally not permitted. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances happen. If you're facing a unique situation that requires an extension, please write to us: llqp@learnedly.com. A $100 administrative fee will apply for any extensions.
