Guide to LLQP Provincial Licensing Exams

Once you finish the Learnedy LLQP program by completing the mock exams and the proctored certification exams, the next step is to clear the provincial licensing exams. Below is a quick guide.

(Note: Most provinces conduct the online exams through Durham college. If you are registering for licensing outside of ONTARIO and NEW BRUNSWICK you must FIRST contact your province/territory administrator to be allowed to register for Online Proctored LLQP Examinations as they will verify you as eligible [note: this is NOT your course provider].)

The new harmonized program that was introduced January 1, 2016 applies to all jurisdictions in Canada. If you want to practice in more than one province, or if you move between provinces, you do not need to re-do your licensing exams. The one exception is the province of Québec since it has its own ethics and professional practice module.
